Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes you can; by calling or emailing us, in the very near future you will have access to online tracking by logging in to your account.


What if I can't remember my password?
You are able to submit a password reset request. This option is available on the login page.


What do you do with my personal information?
We use your information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers (if you ticked the newsletter), update our records and maintain your accounts with us. We also use this information to improve our store and platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website. We DO NOT pass or sell your information on to third parties.


Can I rely on the accuracy of screen colours when ordering my bags?
Computer monitors vary in the way they display colour, and as such we recommend you refer to the Pantone code for more accurate colour reference.


Can I see or obtain a pre-production sample before mass production?
We do not provide pre-production sample, however if you insist we can provide an actual sample, there will be a cost of $150+gst per design (if you have more than one design or size each design or size will be charged separately)


Do I pay Setup charges each time I order?
For Paper and Plastic bags, you do not pay again for setup charges For Cotton, Non-Woven and Jute bags, please refer to quick quote calculator.


Deliveries
Most local manufactured and printed orders will be despatched within 2-3 weeks from confirmation of proof and/or receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified. Delays maybe caused by Covid-19 and/or freight hold in some areas. Overseas orders normally takes 10-14 weeks from confirmation of proof and receipt of deposit. Delivery may take longer depending on quantity and difficulty. We can deliver outside of Australia, FOB and C&F is available.


How do we print?
We use a special flexographic printing technique to overprint on an existing bags which applied by many European countries, therefore we may have limitations on printing on paper and plastic bags. We may not be able to print edge to edge or large solid blocks on bags. We also use screen printing to overprint on cotton, non-woven and jute bags, again we may not able to print edge to edge or large solid blocks. There are usually no printing limitation on Custom bags.


Facts About Choosing Correct Material
Plastic Bags: Choose EPI or biodegradable plastic bags Paper Bags: Make sure minimum of 20% recycled material used Cotton Bags: The most environmental friendly bags, they can last up to 10 years Non-Woven Bags: They are cheaper alternative to Cotton bags, also can be manufactured as degradable (check your supplier) Jute Bags: Very strong and last longer than Cotton Bags but only manufactured in few countries around the world


How to be an Eco-Friendly buyer?
Avoid full tinted or multi coloured bags; they are require a lot of ink. Choose correct material for your needs, because every material will have different impact on the environment. Choose recycled, re-usable and degradable products. Buy as you need and local to avoid long offshore freights creating carbon.
